So I have just created my first sticker set on LINE, and initially I thought it would take no more than an hour to upload my stickers onto LINE Creator’s market but man, it took me much longer than that. Therefore, I decided to share the process of creating stickers on LINE Creator market in detail.
Disclaimer: I will skip the sign up step and move right onto the point.
STEP 1: Fill in Display Information
Click on “New Submission” after logging in into your account and fill in the Sticker Details. You don’t have to attache any files yet, stickers can be uploaded in the following step.
STEP 2: Upload Sticker Images
This was the bottleneck procedure that I was stuck with. Before uploading the ZIP file, make sure you know the following:
- Type of files — all files must be in PNG format.
- File size — Min. = 80 x 80 | Max. 370 x 320. All sizes must be in even numbers. You can resize multiple pictures on this link for free: https://www.iloveimg.com/resize-image
- Number of files — If you upload 8 stickers, there must be 10 files in your ZIP file. Two files (1 main.png & 1 tab.png)+ the sticker size of your choice 8(x) = 10. [8(x): Up to a multiple of 5 = 40 stickers max.].
4. Rename your sticker files according to the picture above. main.jpg, tab.png, 01.png, …, 08.png; the system will automatically match your uploaded files to the vectors of their system. Otherwise, it will return error.
STEP 3: Choose Tag Settings
This step is optional. You can choose tags for your sticker in Tag settings after you uploaded your stickers.
STEP 4: Select Price Tier
Select price for your stickers in Price settings. The submit your stickers for review. Due to high review traffic, it may take up to 30 days for LINE to confirm their review of your stickers.
That’s it! You can create your own LINE stickers in these 4 steps. Hold on the clap button if you find this article helpful (you can you up to 50, you know 😉). Please leave your comments down below for further questions or any opinions. Hope this helps!
